New commitments to you

Service commitments to vulnerable residents

Presentation is committed to ensuring that our services are accessible to, and meet the needs of, customers with special needs. This document summarises how we set out to do this. It is a guide for staff and residents. Please let us know if, at any time, we do not meet these commitments or if you have any suggestions for improving them.

Our new Service Standards and the Resident Involvement Statement were both approved by the Corporate Residents’ Consultative Committee (CRCC), the body which represents Presentation residents, at their quarterly meeting in February.

  • The Residents’ Involvement Statement is our agreement with you about how resident involvement will work and what you will be consulted about.  We worked closely with the CRCC to make sure it contains all the points that matter to residents.

  • The Service Standards set out what you can expect from us and the services we provide. Some of these standards have existed for some time and others are new or updated. We have put them all together so that you can refer to them easily.

If you would like to find out more about these new commitments you can download a copy from the Residents' home page. For a printed copy please contact Peter Clasby, Communications Executive on 020 7091 349, peter.clasby@presentation-sia.org.uk
