Before you phone
Please have the following information ready:
Gas repairs
If you smell gas
If you smell gas, turn off the gas at the meter and contact National Grid (formerly Transco) on its emergency number: 0800 111 999.
The advice from National Grid if you smell gas is:

do not smoke or strike a match
-
do not turn electrical switches on or off
-
put out any naked flames
-
open doors and windows
-
keep people away from the affected area
-
turn off the meter at the control valve.

Emergencies
During office hours
Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5.30pm
To report a repair during office hours phone the repairs team on 020 7091 9310 or email repairscentre@presentation-sia.org.uk.
Out of office hours
For emergency repairs (not including gas) between 5.30pm and 9.00am weekdays and all day weekends and Bank and Public Holiday periods call 0845 600 0610.
Please do not contact the out-of-hours services other than in an emergency, or we may charge you for the call-out fee.
Our commitment
We aim to carry out repairs to a high standard and within the timescales given in our Residents' Handbook (which you can download from the end of this web page). Equally, we ask you to look after your home and to carry out the minor work that is your responsibility, which you can check in the Residents' Handbook.
