We pursue our aims through a range of activities, from championing modern urban design to attracting funding for community-led projects.

We are consistently innovative about how we release new investment into neighbourhoods. Our community investment foundation Olmec provides many community projects and our New Business team also provides a strong focus for community investment work. In addition we work with our contractors and partners on a range of individual projects.

We have a strong track record of attracting funding for projects and delivering change.

Bronze Woman, which commemorates the contribution that Afro-Caribbean women have made to the community
a look at the needs of London's Chinese community
a survey of the housing and community needs of black and minority ethnic (BME) communities in Dartford and Gravesham
Getting Engaged, which aims to involve BME communities in regeneration
Legacy, a book which captures the memories of Caribbean migrants to Britain after the Second World War.
